CPM Training Expands God's Kingdom
The three-level CPM training that we re-launched last year have seen some tremendous results. These training events happen throughout Northern India and Nepal.Â
Level 1 training is open to any Christian that wants to learn more about CPM and being effective in reaching others and training others to expand the kingdom.
At the end of the training the attendees set goals on how many Training for Trainers (T4T) groups they plan on opening.Â
Level 2 training occurs 3-4 weeks after Level 1 training. This training has restrictions on who can attend. You must have attended Level 1 training AND you must have opened a T4T group in the last 3-4 weeks. If someone pledged they would open a group, but didn’t, they cannot attend.
Level 3 training also occurs 3-4 weeks after Level 2 training. This training teaches even more advanced topics on helping the person get 3rd and 4th generation T4T groups and start churches.
In the fall of 2023 we held the three level CPM training events at nineteen (19) different locations. That is fifty-seven (57) training sessions in total.
Within five weeks of the Level 1 event, the attendees opened 530 T4T groups. We are currently doing another round of the three-level training sessions in those cities. By doing them twice per year, we could open 2000 more T4T groups.
What Gospel Impact is there for 1000 More T4T Groups?
Based on our current statistics we average approximately 2 people per T4T group or 2,000 more getting trained.
These trainees will share with 300,000 people in a year.
There would also be 1500 more salvations and 500 more baptisms.
